The project has been completed and delivered.
Design concepts, drafts, or revisions have already been provided.
The client changes their mind after work has commenced.

Project Cancellation
Cancellation by the Client
If you choose to cancel a project after work has started, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation.
Any work already completed, including planning, research, design, development, consultation, or revisions, will be deducted from any refund amount.

If we are unable to complete a project due to circumstances within our control, we may provide a full or partial refund based on the work completed.
Revision Policy
We strive to ensure customer satisfaction and offer revisions where included in the service agreement.
Requests for additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges and are not grounds for a refund.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue may result in suspension of services and the submission of supporting documentation to the payment provider.
